What does it mean to be present to God? To me, that means I am aware of God’s presence in me, that inner voice, and I am consciously paying attention with the willingness to act with love. I love the question, “Do I want to serve as a peaceful presence in the lives of others?” For me, the resounding answer is yes! My wish is to be a peaceful presence of love and compassion. I am willing to continue learning and living the best I can and when I fail I can choose to accept my humanness; I have more to learn and I am not alone.
